What does my staff need to do?

Almost nothing. Customers scan and sign themselves up. Staff can mention the stand if they want to promote it, but they don’t need to manage anything — and simply honor the reward when a customer unlocks it.

Is this hard to set up?

No. Place the Yollty Pulse stand at your counter, choose your reward, and you’re live. Once you receive the stand you will be up and running in under 5 minutes.

Where should I place the stand?

Place the Yollty Pulse stand where customers naturally wait for 5–20 seconds — near the till, pickup counter, or queue flow. The best spot is within easy reach of the card terminal or pickup area so scanning feels effortless.

Can I change the reward later?

Yes. You can update your rewards anytime from your dashboard. Many businesses start with a simple welcome offer, then refine once they see how customers respond.

Will this work with my existing stamp cards?

Yes. Some businesses run both for a short transition period. Most move fully to Yollty Pulse once they see customers adopting the scan habit and enjoying the welcome reward and review flow.

Do customers need to download an app?

Yes if your customers don't already have Yollty from anotherbusiness they will download the Yollty app. We chose an app-first approach because it allows us to prompt Google reviews, engage customers in meaningful ways that help your business grow, and give you a direct channel for push notifications and re-engagement whenever you need it. Customers get a simple place to track rewards and access member-only perks.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely! Pay monthly and cancel whenever you want. Or save with an annual plan — either way, no lock-in beyond what you choose.

How does the Google review booster work?

After a visit, customers are prompted — and even incentivized — to leave a Google review. Loyal members tend to leave 4s and 5s.

Can I see who’s joining and visiting?

Yes. Your dashboard shows every member, their visits, rewards claimed, who referred them, and messages you’ve sent (if you have the Marketing plan).

Is customer data safe / GDPR compliant?

Absolutely! Customer data is handled securely and you can view member activity in your dashboard. We’re designed to support GDPR-aligned data handling. Customers control their participation and you can manage consent-driven communications through the platform.

What happens if the device is lost or damaged?

Unlike phone ot tablet system that are likely to get stolen for the device the stand by itself is not that valueable so it is less likley to get stollen but in the rare case that this happens we’ll help you replace it quickly. Because the stand is part of your subscription, we keep the process simple. Contact support and we’ll arrange next steps. A small replacement fee may apply.

How does the secure QR work?

The QR code rotates every hour. Each customer can only scan the same code once, and limits are enforced to prevent abuse — for example, no more than one scan per customer within a set time window. This keeps rewards fair without staff policing.

How often do I need to charge the device?

Once every 2 months for about an hour of charging keeps it running — no cables on your counter.

Do I have to connect the Yollty Pulse stand to the internet?

No, Yollty Pulse works like a bank security token — it generates new QR codes based on an internal clock, with no internet connection needed. Just place it and it runs.
