Grubers: Leverage feedbacks and push notifications to increase loyalty

Grubers is a simple and innovative dining experience based on a good burger, fresh & tasty toppings and crispy fries.

How did you come about a loyalty program?

We decided to look for a loyalty program so that we could start thanking our customers but also to start building a better relationship with all our most loyal clients. .

Many businesses choose a paper loyalty card. Why have you chosen a digital version?

We decided to go with a digital solution because we wanted to collect feedback from our customers, what they like and what they would like us to change, so going digital allowed us to get that easily. We also wanted a way we could easily communicate with them about sales we might be doing or highlight our burgers.

Why is it important for you to reward your most loyal customers?

We decided to reward our customers for the simple reason that they are our best brand ambassadors. They talk about us to friends, come have meals and continue to support us even through tough times such as Covid. Therefore, we decided that it was important to reward them for their loyalty and continuous support.

While looking for solutions, what were the most important factors for you?

When looking for the right solution for our loyalty program, we were searching for something that was easy to use, for us at Grubers, but also for our loyal customers and we were also looking at the prices. Can you tell us more on your loyalty program? What do you offer to your customers and why?

To our loyal clients, we reward them with our famous Cheesegrubers 😊. After10 visits, they get one for free as a thank you for their continuous support. We felt it was the best and especially most tasteful way to show our gratitude for their loyalty. Plus who doesn’t like a free burger? I know we do 😉
