Very early on, since we started our first establishment back in 2012, we wanted to differentiate from other competitors, and rewarding our clients was one of the ways that helped us do exactly that.
Us too, we started with a paper solution. But pretty soon we realised its limitations. As clients kept loosing their stamp cards, it became more and more complicated for them to follow up correctly on their progress.
Initially, we simply wanted to show our clients how much we appreciated them, plus the occasional gift helps put a smile on their face!
First of all, we wanted for our clients to through away their paper cards and have something they could access via their mobile phones. Also, simplicity was key for us. As we are a multi-establishment business, we wanted a solution that wouldn't need any long trainings for our staff.
Yollty was so easy to use, both for our staff and for our customers!! Besides that, the platform gave us the option to send messages and to set up a digital referral system, that gave us an additional marketing channel with our clients.
As our clients average purchase varies, we chose a points system, in order to fairly reward each persons engagement with us. Our clients can collect points based on what they bought, and then they can exchange these points for products of their choosing. As we also create our own liquids, our rewards mostly propose our products. This is a way to promote our brand to our clients as well.
